who have no access to the office)
For Hall Hire, we require a £20 security deposit for all private bookings; this will be refundable on satisfied inspection of the hall after the event and hall vacated promptly at the agreed booked time.  The booking will not be ‘confirmed’ without deposit paid.
Full payment of hire charges must be paid no less than 2 weeks before hire date.
